Return, Refunds & Cancellation policy

RETURN POLICY

  1. We grant you a period of 7 days from the Order Confirmation date to return the products (except those products mentioned below, for which the right to return / exchange is excluded). In case you return the goods within the said period, you will only be reimbursed with the amount paid for said products. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed.

  2. The said period of return will expire after 7 days from the day on which you received the Order Confirmation.

  3. Conditions for Return:
    3.1 In the event the User receives any damaged or defective product or if the product is significantly different from what was purchased, the User shall notify us within the aforementioned period of 7 days.
    3.2 Products should be returned unused, in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, packing, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices, accessories, freebies and original packaging defined as essentials. If any product is returned without the essentials, the product shall not be accepted for return and shall be sent back to you.
    3.3 The return packages should be adequately packaged so that there is no damage of products during transit.

NON RETURNABLE GOODS


All products cannot be returned. The list of products that
cannot be returned are:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks

  • Perfumes, personal and beauty care or other beauty consumables

  • Products that have been used or tampered

  • Products damaged due to misuse of product or products having incidental damages due to malfunctioning

  • Product sold in sets or combination cannot be returned individually

  • Accessories, sunglasses, belts, pouch etc.

  • Sale merchandise

​CANCELLATION

  1. If you wish to cancel an order, kindly contact us here within 24 hours of placing it.

  2. We reserve the right to refuse the cancellation of any orders.

  3. Please note that a cancellation charge of 5% is applicable on all cancellation requests.

  4. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.

  5. If your request for cancellation is approved, we will process your refund through the same payment method used by you to place your order.

  6. Refunds may take up to 3 - 4 additional business days to reflect in your bank account from the date of initiating it.

  7. During offer periods, cancellation policies are at our discretion.

  8. International Shipping

    • A cancellation charge of 20% will be applicable if you choose to cancel your order after making payment.

    • Payments towards shipments cannot be refunded if the consignment has been dispatched.

    • Cancellation of the order is not possible once the shipment process has begun.

    • These items are non-returnable due to the prevailing restrictions on travel and shipments.

REPLACEMENTS

  1. We will replace products if they are defective or damaged, or missing in transit, only if reported within 48 hours from the date of receipt of products.

  2. Please send us an email at design@sowbiandrea.in detailing the issue, and our customer support team will reach out to you shortly.

  3. Once your request for replacement is approved, member of our team will guide you, to collect the product from you, and send in your replacement.

CANCELLATION BY US



1. We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

2. We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;

3. We do not deliver to your area; or

4. One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.

5. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit or debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 7 days of your order. We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment suffered.
